Join Metta Physical at Pickeyweedz on March 10, 2024, at 6pm for a Talking Stick (Talk Circle) Ceremony! We will be learning how to identify our Masks and learning how to incorporate the animal totem medicine of the Raccoon in our Journey of Self reflection to dismantle what no longer serves us. We will incorporate Breathwork into this circle so bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket, journal and your own water bottle. Lite snacks will be provided at the end of ceremony. There is only a limited amount of tickets to keep this circle intimate as possible ?
