About this Event
Talking Dirty After Dark is a live storytelling event where people share true stories from their personal experiences to a live audience. The stories are firsthand accounts and completely true, but please be aware that some colorful language may be used. The event takes place at the "Bath House Cultural Center" part of the Stewpot open mic series, welcoming audience members as well as storytellers of all levels. Performers' names are drawn from a stewpot or hat, and each storyteller has 5 minutes to share a story based on the night's theme with no notes allowed during the performance. It's an authentic, unfiltered, and captivating night that promises laughter, tears, and unforgettable connections.
Prompt:
Tell us a five minute story about an unforgettable family moment . Focus on a moment that left an impression whether it made you laugh, taught you a lesson, it was challenging or stirred a deep emotion. We can’t wait to hear it!
Please note that not all performers who register may not have the opportunity to perform due to time constraints. We would like to inform all performers that all of our shows are recorded on video, and these recordings may be used for promotional purposes or shared on our social media platforms. Therefore, performers must be comfortable with this arrangement before signing up.
