Talk & Sound Bath with Sandra Manktelow.Having been in a stressful job for over thirty years, Sandra had her epiphany moment in 2013 when she attended a Mind, Body, Spirit Fair.
Hear her journey of how she got where she is today and experience one of her sound baths.
Sandra believes passionately in helping people bring their mind, body and spirit back into balance.
