Come along and join our 30min city centre walk to boost your wellbeing, connect with others and grab some fresh air. In support of Mental Health Awareness Week, Talk and Walk is a great way to Top Up, and be active. Meet in main area of Te Ao Mārama - Tauranga Library, 5 minutes beforehand. The walk is flat and does not include stairs. Appropriate walking shoes are recommended.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
