About Erianna Jiles:
An LA-based producer and storyteller specializing in audio-visual podcasts. Known for her ability to craft compelling content, she helps hosts refine their voices and create standout shows. Her work spans chart-topping weekly and narrative podcasts across journalism, politics, self-help, and wellness—each designed to spark relatable, entertaining, and soulful conversations. Erianna currently produces Balanced Black Girl on the Dear Media network and leads the podcast department at KBLA Talk 1580 in Leimert Park.

About Toni P.:
A Los Angeles-based creative with a degree in Dramatic Arts from UC Davis. With over 9 years of TV production experience, she’s worked as a Field/Post Story Producer on projects like Lifetime’s Bring It!, MAX’s Legendary S2, M**der Inc Documentary, and MACRO/Roku's The Next Black Millionaires!. Toni’s journey also led her to create Queens of Production (QOP) in 2020, a resource platform aimed at empowering freelance creatives and advocating all styles of storytelling in and outside of Hollywood. Currently, Toni works as a Research Analyst for archival production company Archival Ninjas, while developing her role as an EP/Showrunner across docustyle and social media content. Her first project under QOP is the Culture Couturè Podcast in partnership with Hello Fallon Ent. and host Mother Shannon Balenciaga.

About Sean Kantrowitz:
Throughout his career, Sean Kantrowitz has proven himself to be a polymath in the media/entertainment space. As founder/host of The Questions Hip-Hop, Sean developed a live trivia event into a pandemic-inspired livestream show/podcast that in 2023 became a chart-topping card game published through Penguin Random House. Sean is also an award-nominated composer, musician and music producer who has contributed to Grammy-nominated albums by Dr. Dre and Kelly Clarkson, as well as songs by Sia, Murs, Demi Lovato, and Jennifer Lopez. In the world of television, Sean has produced several shows for CBS, Amazon, and TNT, featuring the likes of Method Man, Snoop Dogg, and Kacey Musgraves. Sean currently works as Director of Media & Content at FYI.AI – a communication and collaboration app/platform founded by will.i.am – overseeing will.i.am Presents the FYI Show on SiriusXM, FYI’s CONVOS content series, and more.
