Talent Connect is Northeastern University’s biannual recruiting event that brings together students and employers for meaningful career connections. This boutique event allows employers to engage with students in an open forum, where they can explore full-time, part-time, internship, and co-op opportunities. It provides a unique chance for employers to learn about students’ interests and qualifications, while students gain valuable insights into potential career paths. After these interactive sessions, employers can identify promising candidates and schedule interviews to meet their recruitment needs.
