About this Event
A collaboration between De Montfort University and Arts Council England, Talent 25 is a one-of-a-kind longitudinal study following the cultural and creative lives of 400 children born in Leicester—tracking them from birth until they reach 25-years-old.
Targeting families who may experience barriers to access, the project has offered access to high quality cultural and creative activity, gauging the impact of such exposure to young people as they grow.
Now, five years into the study, we invite you to hear the first set of findings from the ground-breaking project.
As our oldest participants take their first steps into primary school, we’ll share what the research is telling us so far and look forward to what's to come. This event is your chance to hear directly from:
- Darren Henley, Chief Executive, Arts Council England
- Professor Bertha Ochieng, Principal Investigator and Professor in Integrated Health and Social Care at De Montfort University
- Parents and families taking part in the programme
There will be opportunities to discuss the implications and impacts of the research, network with colleagues from both Early Years and the cultural sector, and enjoy lunch together.
Please confirm your attendance. Reserving a spot and completing the form gives your consent for your contact details to be shared with De Montfort University for the purposes of this event.
