Join us for a screening of Angel's episode of Queer Eye + a Q&A with our favorite she-ro! We are so excited to watch the episode with our community and celebrate the queer new year.
Tickets are free, but there is a suggested donation of $20 for those who are able to contribute. All proceeds will go to Pull Your Heart Out, a non-profit organization that works to provide underserved communities with access to strength spaces through a combination of gym memberships, coaching, and community support.
Our lovely friends at South Congress Hotel have graciously offered to let us use their beautiful space for this event. There will be some light movie theater-style snacks provided, as well as a cash bar (but your first drink is on us - each event registration comes with a drink ticket for beer or wine). The space has wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling doors that open to an outdoor patio, which will be open to provide good airflow (weather permitting). Dress code is come-as-you-are, but if you want to turn a casual afternoon glam lewk, we highly encourage that too!
We recognize that there are pros and cons to gathering as a community in the current health climate, and we have weighed these considerations carefully. We further acknowledge that while we have a responsibility to our community, everyone has a different risk tolerance. If you are ready to gather in person, we welcome you to join us - we just ask the following of you:
- All attendees of this event must have received a negative covid test result within 72 hours of attending. Guests not wishing to provide a negative test result can voluntarily show proof of full vaccination instead.
- If you have symptoms of COVID-19 and/or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 without receiving a negative test result following a three-to-five day incubation period, we kindly request that you join in spirit only. We will have the Q&A with Angel streaming live, so you don't have to miss out on anything.
- All guests are requested to wear a mask when not actively drinking or eating.
