Here's your chance to try something completely different! Join distinguished color pencil artist and instructor Val Taylor for this unique technique class. During this class Val will explain the aspects of drawing on drafting film. Drafting film is a 100% polyester surface, used traditionally by architects to do plans on, but has gained popularity as a drawing surface for artists. It is archival, translucent, non-yellowing, stable under different temperatures and loves colored pencils. Going step-by-step, you will recreate this 6x8" Eastern Bluebird drawing using colored pencils and leave the class understanding the many ways you can finish it to make your piece unique. Pencils will be provided but feel free to bring your favorites.
