We all face challenges, or know someone carrying a heavy load. In this workshop, we will clarify what self-care truly means and share practical tools to help you stay healthy, vibrant, and strong.A top priority of the Self-Healing Communities Collective (SHCC) movement is to help everyone build a neurobiological self-care toolbox. Research has found that simply having one to two trusted people in your life can make all the difference when it comes to healing from toxic stress, trauma, or just making it to the next day. (Toxic stress is prolonged stressful experiences.)
In this workshop, the SHCC team will clarify what self-care truly means and share practical tools from the movement's Brain Care is Self Care resource suite to help you stay healthy, vibrant, and strong.
Join us for an empowering and insightful presentation with Velshonna Luckey, Executive Director of the Self-Healing Communities Collective/Self-Healing Communities of Michiana.
