I am so excited to be offering my brand new courses and day retreats for 2026!The first day retreat of 2026 will be on Friday February 27th from 10..0am until 3.15pm
The venue is the beautiful and tranquil Foxhill retreat centre in Frodsham.
The cost of this day is £60.00 and all the profit goes to my charity the sunflower trust-taking care of the poor and orphaned for almost 40 years in the UK and Europe. Discounts are available and the cost of this investment towards your wellbeing and that of those supported by the charity includes a delicious 2-course lunch 😋🍴and refreshments throughout the day.
