Each month you will have a rotating class style lead by different teachers.JANUARY - Aerial Silks with Finlay
This class is for beginners and folks who may have done some Aerial Yoga or previous Silks course (not essential). Class starts with conditioning and warm up before learning how to safely navigate the apparatus. Wear jogging bottoms or leggings and a T-shirt that you can easily move in.
This is totally different from Aerial Yoga and will allow you to access some of the performance elements of Aerial led by Finlay.
These classes are Pay What You Can from £4-£12.
