Take the Stage – Acting Basics (Mather at the Cov)

You don’t need an audition to take the stage with us! Learn the basics of character development, vocal projection, and listening skills in an exploratory engaging way, as you gain an introduction to what it takes to act on the stage.

Mather is proud to join 6th Ward Alderman William Hall and New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church (“The Cov”) in Chatham to offer a variety of wellness programs for adults age 55 and better. Classes will take place at The Cov’s campus, located at 754 E. 77th Street on the 3rd floor.

All classes are tuition-free, and complimentary coffee and tea are offered beginning at 8:30am on class days.
