At 10:30am each Saturday for the rest of the summer our friend Mitchal of We Play will be onsite for a yoga + ice bath experience at Yogi Union! Cold plunges may be new to us (unless you’re a top tier athlete) but have been deeply rooted in Nordic culture and wellness practices for centuries.
