Take Stock & Set Goals 2025
Join us at Tribe Porty CIC for our Take Stock & Set Goals workshop where we will create a nurturing, calm and sacred time for you to reflect, check in and gather yourself for what's next.
During this workshop, we will guide you through reflecting on the past 6-12 months, celebrate successes and set personal goals and intentions for the `Spring and summer months. This year we have also added in some shadow work (optional), to help you dig a bit deeper-great if you are feeling stuck.
With dedicated time, space and group energy, we’ll also lead you through some simple techniques to help you check in with your body's intelligence.
We know that taking time for yourself in community is a powerful tool for wellbeing. This workshop will provide structure for you to be thoughtful and purposeful in planning your next steps as well stimulate you energetically to activate you towards your goals.
Warm soup, tea and bread will be available as well as a print out to take you through the workshop.
