ANOTHER ONE! Hike and vibe in nature with us!
We've been out here having a blast and I know you've been having a little FOMO. No more! Come create community on the ultimate hike and vibe event! Let's get active together and enjoy nature. As long as the weather is not too crazy, we'll be out here hydrated ready to get our walk on!
This hike is an urban hike at Buffalo Bayou in Houston, TX, where we'll do a 5 mile loop and explore some of the beauty this city has to offer. Expect some pavement and trail terrain as we enjoy an easy hike through the city.
After our hike, we'll do a short cool down flow and enjoy some picnic time together and enjoy the beautiful weather.
It's summertime in Houston - WE OUTSIDE!
What we doing / Where we going:
- We'll meet up here at 9AM for an easy 5 mile urban hike along the Buffalo Bayou Loop. Preview the trail.
- After our hike, we'll do a short cool-down yoga practice.
- Bring a blanket and snacks (BYOB) to chillax and create community with a picnic afterward.

Don't forget to bring:
- Comfortable shoes for walking on a dirt trail (gym shoes are OK!)
- Water (How much? REI recommends:
- A yoga mat (optional)
- Blanket
