Take Care, Sundays

Join us Sunday, August 8th for LiteralUnwine's Take Care, Sundays series. During this time you can expect to reconnect with yourself, reflect and realign with your goals, and set intention for the week ahead. Tickets include a 75-minute vinyasa yoga class, pranayama (breath work), grounding meditation, and lavender scented savasana. All experience levels are welcome.

Event Details: Select from the following options:

1. 10:00am Care Package: 75-minute gentle Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation practice with lavender-scented savasana led by Kenyatta (@kenye_to_the). This class will be held outdoors on the patio, at Juice 1340 (1340 W. Madison).
2. 12:00pm Care Package: 75-minute gentle Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation practice with lavender-scented savasana led by Kenyatta (@kenye_to_the). This class will be held outdoors on the patio, at Juice 1340 (1340 W. Madison).

FAQ:

Mask Policy: All in-person participants are required to wear masks when entering, exiting, shopping, and moving around the wine shop. The classes will be held outdoors, masks are encouraged for individuals who are not yet fully vaccinated. All LiteralUnwine and Juice 1340 staff will wear masks.

Outdoor Class: In-person classes will be held on the outdoor patio at Juice 1340, 1340 W. Madison St, Chicago, IL 60607. In case of inclement weather, the upstairs area will serve as alternate practice space. Class size is capped at 10.

Yoga Props: To limit contact, guests should bring their own mat and props for class. Blocks will be provided for use, as well as hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes.

After Class: You are welcome to stick around and continue relaxing with the amazing wine selection and positive vibes :)
