Studies prove that breathwork can be one of the most powerful tools to improve your mental and physical health. This workshop will teach and guide the student through a variety of breathing exercises allowing them to experience the power of their own breath and utilize it in their everyday lives —all to live happier, healthier, and more healed! Students will spend two hours with breathwork expert and registered yoga instructor Megan Fox and will leave with their own little air purifying plant.
Details:
~Cost per person: $35 - Price includes a two-hour breathwork training session led by Megan Fox and a take-home air purifying plant of choice.
~Only 12 spaces available - Seat must be reserved in advance
~Cushions will be provided for seating but you are welcome to bring your own
~Bring water and wear layers to accommodate for warm or cool temperatures
This workshop will consist of breath exercises that are accessible for every body type, gender, shape and size. No breath exercise experience necessary.
