Experience a five-course dinner with curated French wine pairings guided by an expert sommelier spotlighting iconic regions such as Bordeaux Burgundy Champagne and the Loire Valley. Each pour will be thoughtfully matched to highlight the character and terroir of its origin. The evening’s menu celebrates the fall season with dishes including Poached Halibut with asparagus and caviar Wild Mushroom Ragu with fresh pappardelle and truffle and Duck à L’Orange with Hudson Valley Rohan duck breast. Pairings will feature standout selections. To close guests will savor vanilla bean custard with raspberries and shiso paired with a golden pour of La Reserve Du Baron Sauternes.
