WHO IS THIS FOR?
All are welcome - it doesn’t matter if you’re new to this or if you’re a seasoned meditator - you will feel the benefits!
If you have anything in your life you are looking to improve, then it’s worth trying this for yourself. This will help you if:
🌷you are stressed out, worried and always anxious
🌷have physical ailments, such as aches and pains and more
🌷suffer from insomnia
🌷have difficulty concentrating and getting things done
🌷find life is always happening TO you rather than FOR you
🌷feel stuck in life and need a positive change
WHAT DO THE SESSIONS INCLUDE?
We start with a short talk on energy, some gentle exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques, and end with a gentle but very powerful guided meditation.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Absolutely nothing. The meditation is done seated so just come along and be prepared to unwind and relax.
WHEN AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I will be holding these sessions every Thursday from 12:30 - 1:30 pm, during term time only. The cost is £5 per session and all proceeds will be donated to charity 💜
UPON ARRIVAL
The front doors will be locked - please ring the doorbell labelled UPSTAIRS. Drop-ins are more than welcome but please be on time as I will not be able to open the door once we have started.
