About this Event
Our Ambassador Valentina will transport you in a world of relaxation thanks to breathwork and Yoga Nidra techniques.
During this mindfulness and wellbeing workshop, there will be a first part where we will dive into how our nervous system works. Then we'll learn how to activate the part of our nervous system that works to relax us through breathwork techniques. And finally, we'll take a moment to reset through Yoga Nidra.
