Mindful walk for professionals

Description: Join me for a short lunchtime reset as we take a mindful walk through Hyde Park.

Take a break from your busy schedule as we practice some simple breath work and mindfulness. This event is designed to help professionals like you take a break to help regulate your nervous system and balance the busyness of work and life.

Location: Archibald Memorial Fountain, Hyde Park, Sydney

Info: As we walk through the park we will bring our attention to our surroundings and switch our brains off of work mode.

Info: We will find a spot to pause in the park and practice 2 simple breathing methods, which will help to calm our nervous systems. These will be simple techniques you can use in your everyday life to balance out stressful periods of time.

Info: We will gradually re-connect with the world around us as we walk back to the start, hopefully feeling refreshed and ready to continue the day.
