Mindful walk for professionals
Description: Join me for a short lunchtime reset as we take a mindful walk through Hyde Park.
Take a break from your busy schedule as we practice some simple breath work and mindfulness. This event is designed to help professionals like you take a break to help regulate your nervous system and balance the busyness of work and life.

Info: As we walk through the park we will bring our attention to our surroundings and switch our brains off of work mode.

Info: We will find a spot to pause in the park and practice 2 simple breathing methods, which will help to calm our nervous systems. These will be simple techniques you can use in your everyday life to balance out stressful periods of time.
