Take 3

The Take 3 group is a two hour, 10 week parenting course for parents/carers of young people aged between 10 - 18 years of age. Take 3 sessions have two main aims: to help improve relationships between the young people/their families and to help improve the young people’s behaviour at home, at school and in their wider community. This course provides information on ways to try new ways of caring for your children and focuses initially on the importance of self-care; helping you to live well and improve your wellbeing.

Cwrs magu plant yw Take 3 lle cynhelir sesiwn dwy awr am 10 wythnos ar gyfer rhieni/gofalwyr pobl ifanc rhwng 10 a 18 oed. Mae dau brif nod i sesiynau Take 3: i helpu gwella perthnasoedd rhwng y bobl ifanc/eu teuluoedd ac i helpu gwella ymddygiad y bobl ifanc gartref, yn yr ysgol ac yn eu cymuned ehangach.
