Tervetuloa juhlimaan 8-vuotiasta Taideyliopiston ylioppilaskuntaa lauantaina 4.12.! Vuosijuhlat ovat samalla TaiYo:n historian ensimmäiset akateemiset pöytäjuhlat, joten osallistumalla vuosijuhlille pääset osaksi uuden, taiyonnäköisen pöytäjuhlakulttuurin syntymää!
Akateeminen pöytäjuhla koostuu kolmen ruokalajin illallisesta juomineen, yhteislauluista sekä puheista ja muusta ohjelmasta. Haluamme luoda TaiYo:n pöytäjuhlakulttuurista yhteisömme näköisen ja sen moninaisuuden huomioivan, juhlallisen, mutta sopivan rennon sekä lämminhenkisen. Meille on tärkeää, että jokainen voi kokea kuuluvansa osaksi pöytäjuhlaperinteitämme.
Vuosijuhlat järjestetään Teatterikorkeakoulun Torilla (Haapaniemenkatu 6). Illallista edeltävä prologi eli cocktail-tilaisuus pidetään kello 17 alkaen ja kolminäytöksinen pöytäjuhla alkaa kello 18:00. Epilogin eli jatkojen alkamisajankohta ja -paikka ilmoitetaan lähempänä tapahtumaa.
Vuosijuhlien hinta on TaiYo:n jäsenille 65 euroa, muille 75 euroa. Juhlaan voi ostaa myös kannatuslipulla hintaan 95 euroa. Vuosijuhlille voi osallistua yksin, avecin kanssa tai porukalla. Pöytäseuruetoiveesta voi ilmoittaa ilmoittautumislomakkeella.
Juhlien pukukoodi on juhlapuku akateemisin kunniamerkein tai muu juhlava pukeutuminen.

Ilmoittautuminen sulkeutuu 21.11. tai aiemmin mikäli tapahtuma myydään loppuun.
Vuosijuhlien maksu tulee suorittaa ennen juhlia. Maksuohjeet lähetetään ilmoittautuneille sähköpostitse ilmoittautumisen päätyttyä.
Tori on Teatterikorkeakoulun rakennuksen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa ja sinne on esteetön kulku. Tilasta löytyy myös sukupuolineutraali esteetön WC-tila. Tiedotamme tarkemmat saapumisohjeet ilmoittautuneille.

Welcome to the celebration of the 8-year-old University of Arts Student Union on Saturday 4 December! This Anniversary Celebration is celebrated in the form of the exciting first academic dinner party in our Student Union’s history! By joining the celebration you have the opportunity to witness the birth of a new, TaiYo-like academic dinner party culture!
An academic dinner party consists of a three-course meal with drinks, singing together, speeches and other performances. We want to make ArtSU’s academic dinner party culture one that reflects our community and its diversity, a culture that is festive but suitably relaxed and warm. It is important that every person can feel like they belong as part of our dinner party traditions.
The Anniversary Celebration is held at Theatre Academy’s Tori (Haapaniemenkatu 6). The prologue (the pre-dinner cocktail hour) will start at 5 PM. The three act dinner party will begin at 6 PM. We will give more information about the epilogue (the afterparty) closer to the event.
The cost of the Anniversary Celebration is 65 euros for members of TaiYo (ArtSU), 75 euros for everyone else. You can also choose to pay 95 euros, if you would like to further endorse the Student Union. You can come to the Anniversary Celebration by yourself, with an avec or with a group of people. You can express your wishes about seating arrangements through the registration form.
The dresscode for the event is formal with academic medals and honours, or other festive outfit.
?The registration begins November 1 at 12 PM. The registration is open until 21 November unless the event sells out before that. The link to the registration will be posted here and on the anniversary celebration website (taiyo.fi/vuosijuhlat). The payment instructions will be sent via email after 21 November. You must complete the payment prior to the event.
The event space is on the first floor of the Theatre Academy building and is accessible. There is also an accessible all-genders bathroom. We will send more specific information about arriving to the event to participants closer to the event.
