Celebrate Halloween with your furry friends at the B&O Railroad Museum's 'Tails on the Rails' event. Enjoy an afternoon of activities under the pavilion, a train excursion to Carroll Park, a costume contest, and a 'Yappy Hour' for adults. Shop with amazing vendors and bring your dogs aboard the Mile One Express for this special occasion. BARCS and the Maryland SPCA will be on-site to support the community. Schedule: 2 pm: Yappy Hour begins 3 pm: Mile One Express Train Ride to Carroll Park 4 pm: Yappy Hour continues, along with the costume contest. All dogs must remain on leash at all times. Admission: B&O Members: FREE General Admission: $20. A portion of ticket proceeds will be donated to BARCS and Maryland SPCA. Owners must pre-register their dogs with proof of a rabies vaccine and sign a hold harmless waiver. Please fill out and email the hold harmless waiver to [email protected] before arriving for the event. Each dog must be accompanied by one adult. All dogs must be on a leash, and owners must bring waste bags. Vendor applications are available for those interested in participating.
