Calling All Animal Lovers!We are so excited to announce our first large-scale, county-wide fundraiser to benefit Santa Barbara County Animal Services!
If you don't already know, Animal Services is the largest animal welfare agency in the region, caring for over 6000 stray and abandoned animals each year (dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, goats, chickens, geckos, and more!); responding to cruelty complaints; helping with wildlife rescue; providing disaster response for animals; hosting pet pantries to assist struggling pet owners, and more!
Join us at Elings Park on Sun. Sept. 21 from 2-5pm, with celebrity emcees John Corbett and Bo Derek, to raise money to help animals (and people who care about animals)! All proceeds go to the Santa Barbara County Animal Care Foundation, a 501c3 that raises money to help Animal Services. Donations go directly to the animals, and are tax deductible to the maximum allowed by law.
