I will be opening my garden again this year, on Saturday November the 23rd from 10:00-4:00. I would love to see you then, and to be able to share the garden with you. You'll be able to see a sneak peek of it on @gardeningaustralia on the 8th November.About the garden:
The garden is approx 1000m2, north facing, moderately sloped and located by the banks of the Derwent River. It is divided into four main areas, three perennial based borders and a vegetable garden. The garden includes entertaining areas, a grass play area, gravel paths and privacy hedging. The borders include grasses, annuals, natives and shrubs, supporting the perennials.
Details:
Entry: $10 cash for Adults, Under 18 free and complimentary tea and coffee.
Plants will be for sale from the plant stall. Cash is preferred but card is available. Please bring a reusable bag or box to take your purchased plants home with you.
The garden has uneven surfaces, steep slopes and nearby water hazards.
Dogs (except assistance dogs) are not allowed in the garden.
Parking will be in nearby streets. Please obey parking regulations and ensure others can enter and leave the street without inconvenience.
You are responsible for supervising children as the property does not have fences.
