If you attended my last class, you will find this one more instructive and visual. We will work together with each step.
You will learn the basics about royal icing consistencies, how to outline, and the flooding process. Full-size, laminated sheets will be provided to practice shapes, doodles, and lettering with royal icing. You will be given a design sheet with the shapes to sketch your ideas with a pencil before piping.
You will get 6 full-size cookies ranging from 3" to 3.5" in size. After kick-off, a photo area will be set up to take pictures of your touchdown sugar cookies.

Thank you bags will be handed out at the end as well.
Snacks and drinks will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own if you wish.
