These ancient practices promote stamina and overall fitness as well as relaxation of mind and body to help you cultivate inner calm and balance.
For this gentle exercise class, all skill levels are welcome. Taught by Dr. Lisa Langlois, Qi Gong instructor with over 25 years of practice.
