WORKSHOP 1 - Friday evening from 6-8pm
Zhan Zhuang, or "Five Postures Standing.”
An ancient Chinese stationary Qigong, builds internal strength, balance, and whole-body power.
By combining deep relaxation with subtle exertion, it develops postural awareness, releases tension, improves energy flow, and fosters a connection between the mind and body, often leading to enhanced health and relaxation.
WORKSHOP 2 - Saturday morning 9am to 12pm
(AGM follows at 12.15pm)
“Baduanjin" or 8 Pieces of Brocade.
Focusing on the correct posture and breathing during the practice.
Baduanjin has a good regulatory effect on nerve, cardiovascular, digestive, respiratory, and can also relieve shoulder, waist, and leg pain and fatigue. In the sixth section and the seventh section of Baduanjin” we will concentrate on the importance of the correct posture and breathing during the practice.
As a typical representative of traditional body-building skills, has been recognized through a large number of clinical practices.
