Bret has been training in the Cheng Man-Ch'ing lineage of Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan for over 30 years - his main teachers were Carol Yamasaki in Detroit, Ben Lo (USA) and Liu Xiheng (Taiwan) - all direct students of Cheng Man-ch'ing. His workshops normally focus on a little bit of the 37 Form (usually just the first section), possibly covering Liu Xiheng's exercises and quite a lot of partnerwork.
