• Classes are open to ALL teens and adults, with no membership required.
• Please be aware that classes will not be held on Federal Holidays when the Senior Center is closed.
These classes are generously provided by the Oklahoma Department of Libraries' Health Literacy Program, with funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or a seasoned practitioner, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience the numerous benefits of this gentle martial art.
