Join us for a restorative weekly Tai Chi class guided by Grand Master Vasilios Firippis, a practitioner with over 48 years of experience and more than 40 years of teaching. His approach blends traditional Yang Style Tai Chi, Qigong, and mindful movement, creating a practice that nurtures both body and spirit.
This class is perfect for beginners, offering a gentle introduction to the foundations of Tai Chi — focusing on breath, alignment, balance, and energy flow. Through slow, continuous movements, you’ll learn to release tension, strengthen the body, calm the mind, and cultivate inner steadiness.
