Tai Chi is a series of postures intended to create harmony between the mind and body. Movements are fluid, graceful, circular and slow, promoting strength, flexibility and balance.Bob Klein has been a practitioner of tai chi for 36 years, and an instructor of this ancient teaching for half that time. He finds great joy sharing the skills and nuance of this deeply layered practice.
