Discover for yourself why tai chi (and qigong) are studied and practiced by so many people around the world!

Open to all whether beginner or more experienced this class teaches the core principles of Yang style tai chi and qigong including some partner work. Our beginners classes are fun and friendly places to relax, learn and meet new people. As a school we cover a full curriculum of modern and traditional tai chi.

Please do ask if you have any questions, Simon has been teaching locally for thirty years and loves helping people with their tai chi journey.

Health concerns remain the participants responsibility, as an exercise class you will be on your feet and moving so wear appropriate clothing/flat shoes.
