Tai Chi Qigong is an ancient practice and form of moving meditation, utilising slow intentional movement, breath work and visualisation 🧘🏻♀️
The accompaniment of gentle sound of drum, gong, singing bowls and wind chimes allows the mind to reach a deeper state of meditation, our cells to restore their natural state and further stimulate circulation ⚖️
