Tai Chi Qigong

A moving meditative experience, led by 30+ year experienced instructor.

Tai Chi/Qiqong classes are held outdoors at Modjeska Park, 28891 Modjeska Canyon Rd, Silverado, CA 92676, next to fire station. With changing weather conditions we may retreat indoors, 50 yards west of the park at Modjeska Community Center, 28890 Modjeska Canyon Rd, Silverado, CA 92676.
