About this Event
Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing (TMW) is an easy-to-learn sequence of twelve movements designed to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. TMW can be practiced standing, sitting and through visualization, so is accessible to all.
This is strictly a class presented on ZOOM. You should have an email address and access to a computer or laptop.
