TAI CHI IN THE GARDEN

TAI CHI IN THE GARDEN is a special opportunity to practice an ancient art surrounded by nature’s energy. Certified to teach by the Tai Chi for Health Institute and Yogi Hari Ashram, Josie brings a background in transformational psychology and holistic healing to her practice of Tai Chi and Sampoorna yoga. Movements in this class are gentle and suitable for all levels. This class is offered for free to all, however donations are welcome and support the garden.

This class takes place outdoors, in the shade of a big tree at Swinton Community Growing Project, an organic food forest in downtown Delray Beach. Learn more about SCGP on instagram @swintoncgp !
