Thursday | 5:45 PM - 6:30 PM | Advanced Deeper Forms, Application, and Internal Strength Training
Friday 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM | Beginners & Intermediate, Core Forms, Posture Alignment, and Energy Flow (QiGong)
Friday | 7:45 PM - 8:30 PM | Tai Chi Self-Defense | Practical Applications, Partner Drills, and Push Hands.
