What if 50% of your health depended on something you could not see?
In our class we share the basic Tai Chi Gung exercises that Boganathar shared in his Lamasery to train Masters more than 3000 years. These are gentle standing exercises and basic pranayama breathing that connect you with Nature and show how to build regeneration into your daily life.
You'll feel the energy of your field (the other 50%) learn how to calm your mind, balance your energy and find vitality by increasing your connection to Nature.
Beginners are welcome. Comfortable street clothes are fine.
