Naomi Hyso of MSU Extension invites you to try a gentle Tai Chi warm-up for your whole body! Tai Chi is an easy, relaxing form of exercise that helps you feel stronger, improves your balance, and may help prevent falls. All adults are welcome—no experience needed! Modifications will be provided for those who want to attend seated or standing.
