Join our 10-week Tai Chi for Fitness & Self-Defence course— a unique blend of Tai Chi, Kung Fu, strength and flexibility training, and practical self-defence techniques.
In each 1.5-hour session, you’ll:
✨ Build strength, coordination, and flexibility
✨ Improve balance and posture
✨ Learn practical self-defence principles
✨ Train your mind for calm focus and resilience
This course is fitness-focused, beginner-friendly, and progressive. There’s no sparring or competition— just a supportive space to move, grow, and feel more capable in your body.
