Join us for a transformative 12-week Tai Chi for Health program designed to improve balance, health, and overall well-being. Whether you're new to Tai Chi or looking to deepen your practice, this course will guide you through the most popular Tai Chi sequence, the Form 24, known for its flowing, meditative movements. Qigong Meditation will be practiced in the beginning of each class to relax and cultivate energy.
Throughout the program, you’ll learn:
- Fundamental Tai Chi principles and techniques
- The full 24-form sequence, a widely practiced form that is both beginner-friendly and rewarding for advanced practitioners
