About this Event
Beginner friendly (adaptive) Tai Chi for balance of the body and mind.
Carmita will guide you through movements that have been adapted to support balance. This can be balance of the body and mind. It will also include some time for meditation to welcome a sense of calm and inner peace.
The class is supportive of those working to gain stability and/or physical balance, memory exercises (this is beneficial for those with demetia or memory loss), or those looking to add moments of calm and peace to their life.
All are welcome.
This practice can be done seated or standing.
