Tai Chi For balance of body and mind. This is an adaptive form of Tai Chi that's welcoming for all levels. Class will teach movements that support awareness, strength, and stress relief. It will also include some time for meditation to welcome a sense of calm and inner peace.
All levels and practitioners are welcome.
This practice can be done seated or standing.
