About this Event
Welcome yourself to the present with the practice of Tai Chi For Balance. For anyone looking for stress relief, peace of mind, or currently working on building core strength for physical balance. This practice allows you to slow down, connect with your body and breath through movement, benefit the memory, and can help build physical strength.
This class will include physical movement, meditation, and time for questions. Movements can be done standing or seated.
The group will meet inside Gravity B, 2nd floor.
