Experience the gentle strength of movement with our Tai Chi for Arthritis class. This evidence-based approach utilizes Sun-style tai chi, characterized by its higher stance and gentle, flowing movements, making it especially suitable for individuals with arthritis and joint pain. The program aims to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being, while also reducing pain and stiffness. Led by a certified instructor, each session is designed to be safe and enjoyable for all fitness levels. Join us to enhance your mobility, prevent falls, and improve your quality of life through mindful movement. This class is a 16 week series provided ongoing on Thursdays at 10am in the St. Peter's Health Education Center.
