Master K.C. Lee from the QARI Tai Chi Team will lead weekly traditional Chinese Tai Chi classes at the Library. Tai Chi includes slow and intentional movements to improve mental and physical health. Join us to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility through gentle aerobic exercise. Tai Chi classes will be weekly, every Monday morning from 10:30 AM – 12 PM in the Community Meeting Room of the Main Library on 40 Washington St. in Quincy Center. During warmer seasons, classes will be held outdoors on the Olmsted Lawn! No registration required. 太极拳课程将于每周一上午10:30至12:00在昆西中心华盛顿街40号主图书馆社区会议室举行。天气温暖时，课程将在奥姆斯特德草坪户外进行！无需注册。
