Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art focused on slow, sustained movements paired with meditative breathing which promotes balance, energy levels, and circulation.
Enjoy the peaceful environment of monca’s gallery space while learning a new holistic practice.
Seating will be available for those who need rest. Tickets are available online or at the door.

Grandmaster Azad is the owner of Azad’s Martial Arts, which offers classes in Jongshindo, Tai Chi, Hapkido, MMA, Karate, Taekwondo, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Azad has personally taught over 20,000 students over his 50 year career in martial arts. He is the highest ranked Tai Chi Grandmaster in the region and is the founder of TaiChi4Health.
